I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

SHARE: There are times when the most loving thing to do is to confront an individual in love with humility in order to prevent them from continuing in a sinful direction. Is there someone in your families’ sphere of influence that the Lord may use you to bring them back to Him? Following Paul’s warning in Gal. 6:1, how can we ensure that we don’t fall into temptation ourselves?
PRAY: Ask the Lord to help prepare you to be used by him to speak truth to those who need to hear it.
Parents – Refer to the “One Conversation” page for further discussion with your children.
READ: Romans 8:31-39, Colossians 1:16
SHARE: God’s Word is clear. If He is for you, then nothing can stand against you. If you have been united with Jesus through His death and resurrection, no power exists that can separate you from His love. Think about how you are living. Are you united with Christ? Do you acknowledge Jesus as the only way to be saved? Do you live to honor God? Do you seek His will for your life to the degree that He defends you because He is pleased by how you live?
PRAY: Thank Jesus for his death on the cross that saves you. Ask the Lord to help you live your life to please Him, so that His desire is to fight for you and give you His victory.
One aspect of being in CONNECTion with other believers in a church family (Sunday School, Small Group, Fellowship) is to live out the call to love one another, to admonish in meekness, and to encourage each other to live a life pleasing to the Lord. Are you as CONNECTed to the Grace Life family as the Lord wants you to be? (Refer to Acts 2:42-47)
