Life Verse

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God’s power for salvation for everyone who believes, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek. -Romans 1:16

SHARE: As followers of Jesus, we are called to take on a new way of looking at our lives by focusing our mind on the eternal things that our life in Christ provides. What actions and attitudes does Christ call us to cast aside as part of the old self? What actions and attitudes are we to put on as a part of the new self?
PRAY: Ask the Lord to help you glorify Him in everything you say and do.

SHARE: Holidays can be difficult time for families if there are “prodigal” kids involved, however we need to remember that God is always at work in the lives of our families. Do you have family members who have strayed from walking with the Lord? This holiday season, how can we demonstrate our trust for God to work in the lives of our family members who are away from Him?
PRAY: For that their circumstances would not be kind, but would reveal their true need for Jesus; that hunger pains would not be satisfied apart from turning to Jesus; that they would have their eyes opened and come to their senses; and that they would know Who to return to… the Heavenly Father, Who is waiting with open arms.
