For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God’s power for salvation for everyone who believes, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek.

READ: Isaiah 64:6-8
SHARE: You may have heard this saying, “If it is gonna be, it’s up to me!” But God’s Word clearly teaches that when it comes to salvation and living, that is a gift from God. What does this passage in Isaiah say about our own efforts to live rightly before God? How do we truly live by faith rather than trusting in our own works?
PRAY: Ask the Lord to help you become clay so that he can mold you into what He wants you to be.

READ: Philippians 2:6-11; Revelation 5:1-9
SHARE: Jesus did what no one else could have done. He lived a sinless life as a man on the earth, but suffered all of God’s wrath for our sins on the cross. What does that mean for us as sinful people? How does that affect the way that we worship Jesus?
PRAY: Pray that God would help you better understand how He views your sins in the light of what Christ did on the cross. Ask Him to help you exalt the name of Jesus in your conversations, thoughts, actions, and decisions.
The beginning point of the Christian life is salvation. Take a moment and share your salvation experience. If someone asked you, “How can I be saved?” how would you respond? Refer to the Grace Life website for a helpful guideline in sharing the Gospel.
