Back to School Lunches (August 8 & 9)

We will provide salad lunches for teachers and staff at McAdory Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. We will also need volunteers to serve at each location. For more information contact Marilyn Montgomery.

Orphan Care Ministry

Sav-A-Life Bessemer (May 6)

Sav-A-Life Bessemer ministers to young girls experiencing trauma as a result of an unexpected pregnancy or abortion. They offer a Pregnancy Test Center, Preparing For Your Baby classes, and Abortion Recovery Ministry. We sponsor the Sav-A-Life baby shower for mothers who have come through this ministry by providing food and diaper bags. There is an ongoing need for volunteers to assist this ministry in a variety of ways. For more information contact Marilyn Montgomery.

The Foundry

The Foundry is a rescue mission and recovery center with many opportunities for individuals and Sunday school classes to serve. For more information contact Will Nahrgang.

Community Benevolence Ministry

We are working with area churches through the Bessemer Baptist Association to establish a community benevolence ministry to serve those around us. We need volunteers to staff this facility and share the love of Christ with those in need. For more information contact Will Nahrgang.

First Priority

Our church networks with other churches in the area to reach our school campuses for Christ through First Priority. Many of our students and our director of student ministries meet several times a week at McAdory High & Middle Schools to seek how God would use us to reach our schools.

We also work closely with the Bessemer Baptist Association on mission projects throughout our city.
