Sydney finds true joy in the call to minister to children, and she is deeply grateful for her calling into ministry—especially children’s ministry. She firmly believes that children are fully capable of understanding the gospel and engaging with God’s Word in meaningful, uncompromised ways. Scripture is not too complex for their hearts. She is passionate about helping children learn to read the Bible, ask thoughtful questions, and discover how the gospel shapes every part of life. Her biggest prayer is the childrens ministry of Grace life stays gospel guided, family focused, and mission minded! We pray to see tiny disciples and servant missionaries throughout the walls of Grace Life and Beyond!

She holds an undergraduate degree in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies from Liberty University and is blessed with a wonderful husband, Simeon. Sydney is originally from the Chicago area- and moved to Alabama when she got married to Simeon! Beyond children’s ministry, she carries a deep passion for missions and the global Church. Having traveled to over 30 countries, she believes the gospel is for everyone and delights in hearing worship expressed in many languages—especially through the voices of children around the world.
