Grace Life Facility reservations are only available to Grace Life Members for Grace Life members.


Available facilities to reserve:

  • Multipurpose Room
  • Pavilion

At this time, Grace Life reservations are available for church ministry related events and milestone anniversaries (i.e. 50th wedding anniversary).

Church Ministry Related Event: A non-Pastor/Staff coordinated ministry event by a church member. Church member coordinates and assumes responsibility to fulfill expectations. (i.e. Life Group Fellowships, Ministry Events, Bridal Tea/Shower, Baby Shower)

Reservations will only be accepted 90 days prior to event.

72 hour notice required for all reservations.

The following days are not available for reservations:

  • Sundays and Wednesdays
  • The entire months of June and July

There is a two step process for reservations prior to an event being scheduled:

  1. The Event Reservation form below must be filled out completely and submitted. To be completed by Event Leader (Must be a Church Member).
  2. Once forms are completed, Staff will review reservation and approve or deny request. Staff reviews all reservations on a weekly basis. The Event Leader will be notified upon Staff review and approval or denial.

Once this process is complete and approved, your reservation is scheduled and added to the church calendar.

Your reservation is not complete until both steps are completed.
